Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of OH WOW! Studio, the social media publishing tool of OH WOW! Agencia, available at https://social.ohwow.es. By using it you accept what is described here, which comes down to a clear division of roles: the app provides the tool, and you decide what gets published and are responsible for it.
1. Who provides the service
The service is provided by Alejandro Battaglio Quintana (OH WOW!), tax ID 02313928J, Plaza Nuestra Señora del Pilar 7, bajo izquierda, 28002 Madrid (Spain). Contact: info@ohwow.es.
2. What the service is
OH WOW! Studio lets you write posts and send them, right away or scheduled, to Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. It also keeps a history with each network's outcome, shows reports on follower growth and organises work by brand, with a different role for each person.
3. Access
Access is by invitation. OH WOW! sets up the brands, creators and teams it works with, and each person logs in with their email and a password of their own choosing. You are responsible for keeping that password secret and for anything done with your account. Networks are connected through each network's official login, so the app never sees the passwords of your social accounts.
4. Your content and your responsibility
The app publishes on your behalf only what you write and decide, and only when you instruct it to. You are therefore responsible for what you publish and for holding the necessary rights to any text, images, videos and music you use. Your content remains yours: OH WOW! acquires no rights over it beyond what is needed to send it to the network you choose.
5. Each network's rules
Publishing through the app does not exempt you from each network's terms and rules, which apply just as if you were posting from the network itself. On TikTok this includes its Terms of Service, its Community Guidelines, the Music Usage Confirmation and, when you disclose branded content, its Branded Content Policy.
On the other networks, the Instagram Terms of Use, the Facebook Terms of Service, the Threads Terms of Use and the LinkedIn User Agreement apply. OH WOW! Studio uses YouTube API Services: by connecting and using YouTube through the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use the app to publish content that is illegal, misleading or in breach of the networks' rules. OH WOW! may suspend any account used in that way.
7. Content already published
Once published, content cannot be deleted from the app: it has to be removed on the network itself.
8. Availability
The app relies on the services each network offers to third-party apps, and the networks may change or interrupt them at any time. For that reason, OH WOW! does not guarantee that the service will always be available and is not liable for interruptions caused by the networks.
9. Ownership of the app
The app belongs to OH WOW!, and using it does not give you any rights over it. What you publish, on the other hand, remains yours, as explained in section 4.

How your data is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will email you before the change takes effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Madrid, unless the law gives consumers the right to go to the courts of their place of residence.
