How to delete your data

OH WOW! Studio keeps only what it needs to publish on your behalf, and you can delete it whenever you like. This page explains what is deleted in each case and how to do it, whether from the app, from the social network itself or by writing to us.
1. Disconnect a network from the app
Log in to OH WOW! Studio, open «Redes» (Networks) and press «Quitar» (Remove) on the account you want to disconnect. Its access keys, statistics and history inside the app are deleted at that very moment, and the app can no longer post to it or read its figures.
2. Revoke the permission from the social network
You can also revoke access from the network itself, without logging in to the app. From that moment the key we hold stops working, and you can ask us to delete it as explained in section 3.
- Instagram and Facebook: on Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, Settings, Business integrations (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools) and remove «OH WOW! Studio» (or «Alejandro VsCode», its previous name).
- Threads: in Threads, go to Settings, Account, Website permissions and remove the app.
- LinkedIn: go to Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services (linkedin.com/mypreferences/d/permitted-services).
- TikTok: go to Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions.
- YouTube: on your Google Account permissions page (security.google.com/settings/security/permissions). If you remove it from the «Redes» (Networks) screen, the app also revokes this permission.
3. Ask us to delete everything
If you want us to delete your account in the app and everything it contains, write to info@ohwow.es from the email address you log in with and include «Delete my data». We delete it within 7 days at most and confirm by email once it is done. This removes your account, the connected networks with their keys, your posts with their files and outcomes, and your statistics.
4. What stays on the social network
Whatever has already been published lives on the social network, not in the app, so deleting your data from OH WOW! Studio does not remove it from your profile. To take a post down, delete it on the network itself.
