Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026.

This policy explains what data OH WOW! Studio handles, what it is used for and how you stay in control of it. The app exists to publish what you write on the networks you connect, and it follows that purpose closely: it keeps only what it needs to do so, and only for as long as it needs it.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Alejandro Battaglio Quintana (OH WOW!), tax ID 02313928J, Plaza Nuestra Señora del Pilar 7, bajo izquierda, 28002 Madrid (Spain). For any question about your data, write to info@ohwow.es.

2. What data we handle

What is stored depends on how you use the app, but it never goes beyond the following:

3. How we use the data of each network

Every network is connected through its own official login, so the app never sees your social media passwords. With each permission the app does only what is described below: it publishes what you prepare, when you tell it to, and reads a few figures from your own account once a day for your reports. It never reads your messages, your comments or other people's data, never adds watermarks or promotional text to what you post, and never uses your data for advertising or sells it.

Instagram and Facebook

When you connect, you choose which of the Facebook Pages you manage, and which Instagram professional accounts linked to them, the app may use. With those permissions it lists the Pages you manage so you can choose, publishes to the accounts you chose only when you press publish or schedule a post, checks with Meta whether each post went out, and once a day reads your Instagram followers and number of posts and each Facebook Page's followers.

Threads

With the threads_basic, threads_content_publish and threads_manage_insights permissions, the app identifies your profile, publishes what you prepare only when you tell it to, checks whether the post went out and reads your number of followers once a day.

LinkedIn

With the openid, profile, email and w_member_social permissions, the app identifies your profile by name and publishes to it the text and images you prepare, only when you tell it to. It does not read any statistics from LinkedIn.

TikTok

When you connect your account through TikTok's official login, you grant three permissions: basic profile information (user.info.basic), video publishing (video.publish) and profile statistics (user.info.stats). With them, the app:

The app does not download or read your videos and does not access other people's data.

YouTube

OH WOW! Studio uses YouTube API Services. With the youtube.upload and youtube.readonly permissions, the app identifies your channel, uploads the videos you prepare with the title, description and privacy you choose, only when you tell it to, and reads your channel's subscriber count once a day for your reports. Your channel name and subscriber count are visible to the team of the brand you connect it to, and to no one else. By connecting YouTube you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the data Google handles is subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

If you disconnect YouTube from the «Redes» (Networks) screen, the app also revokes its permission in your Google Account. If Google stops renewing it, because you revoke it from your account or because it expires, the app deletes the channel and its data within 30 days at most, and warns you of the date on the «Redes» screen beforehand.

OH WOW! Studio's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Purposes and legal basis

We use your data to provide the service you ask for: publishing, scheduling, showing you your history and reports, and emailing you when needed. That is our main legal basis, the performance of the service (Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Connecting each network also relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time by disconnecting it.

5. Emails and cookies

The app sends only service emails from info@ohwow.es: your invitation, the link to set or recover your password, and a notice when a network's permission is about to expire. It uses a single technical cookie, the session cookie, which keeps you logged in while you work; there are no analytics or advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep data

7. Where data is stored and who else is involved

Data is hosted on the servers of Hostinger, our hosting provider, within the European Union, and access keys are stored encrypted. When you publish, your content travels to the network you choose, which handles it under its own privacy policy. Beyond that, we do not share your data with anyone.

8. How to revoke access and delete your data

You can disconnect any network from the «Redes» (Networks) screen in the app; its keys, statistics and history are deleted at that moment. You can also revoke the permission from the network itself: on Facebook and Instagram under Business integrations, on Threads under Website permissions, on LinkedIn under Permitted services, on TikTok under Manage app permissions and, for YouTube, on your Google Account permissions page. From that moment the app can no longer post to it or read its figures. The step-by-step instructions, and how to ask us to delete everything, are on the data deletion page.

9. Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction, deletion or portability, and you can restrict or object to its processing, by writing to info@ohwow.es. If you feel your request has not been handled properly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

10. Minors

OH WOW! Studio is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will say so here with its new date and email you before the change takes effect.
